They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship.
Gun laws change often and vary by state, county and city. Court rulings can change what is enforced overnight. Before buying, carrying, building, transporting or modifying a firearm, check the current law where you are and talk to a qualified firearms attorney. Each law page shows the date it was last reviewed.
Opinion and commentary
Minuteman University.com is an advocacy site that supports the Second Amendment. Sections such as Gun Prohibitionists, the Gun Debate Library and Gun Prohibitionist Sayings contain opinion, commentary and analysis of public policy and public statements. Opinions are those of the project. Statements about public figures and organizations are based on the public record, and quotes are attributed to the person or group that made them.
Profiles of people and organizations
Profiles of activists, instructors, authors, competitors, manufacturers and organizations are editorial content compiled from public sources. Portrait artwork is illustration created for this project. Being profiled does not mean that person or organization endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with Minuteman University.com or the Gun Websites Firearms Network.
