  • December 2015, Stag Arm’s CEO Mark Malkowski required by ATF to divest all interest in Stag Arms
    – “the employee charged with stamping the numbers was on vacation”
    – “many at Stag were simply ignorant of basic record keeping obligations”
  • February 2016 acquired by a private equity firm (White Wolf Capital)
  • January 2017 first AR-10
  • December 17, 2019 relocated from New Britain, Connecticut to Cheyenne, Wyoming
