About Robyn Sandoval
Robyn Sandoval is the President and CEO of A Girl & A Gun Women’s Shooting League (AG & AG), the Texas-based organization that offers women firearms safety education, training and competition opportunities. She became involved in 2011, the year founder Julianna Crowder launched the league with its first Girls Night Out in Leander, Texas, and she partnered with Crowder to build AG & AG into a national network. Sandoval served for years as the league’s executive director.
Under Crowder and Sandoval, AG & AG grew from a single range night to 72 chapters in 25 states by 2014, members in all 50 states, and more than 300 locations today. The league fielded the first all-ladies squad at the IDPA National Championships in 2014 and took part in an NSSF study of women shooters presented at the 2015 SHOT Show. After Crowder stepped down as president in June 2022, Sandoval is listed as the organization’s President and CEO, with headquarters in Round Rock, Texas.
